Tools for Success

I have never successfully lost weight from any diet program. Why? Because I have never been a part of a diet program before. I never followed any crazy diet, fad diet, or new and improved diet on the market. I never took diet pills, diet supplements or diet drinks. I have tried a thermogenic before to increase my metabolism. I still have no idea if it ever worked or not. I never purchased expensive meal plans. I never hired a personal trainer. Yet, I have successfully lost weight in my life. After having my second baby I lost all my baby weight. After having my third baby I again lost all my baby weight and stayed at a decent weight until baby number four. Now, again I need to lose some weight. I have looked into all the things I never tired before yet I still have no implemented any of them. Having lost weight in the past I am familiar with the secret to success.

You can sugar coat it all you want and fool yourself into thinking eating ten grapefruit a day is all you need but in the end it is hard work that yields results. I watched what I ate, ate four times a day, worked out, and the result was weight loss. Scam, fads, and trends do not do anything but lighten your wallet. What you need is a mind change. You will need a heart change toward weight loss and health. You need to make up your mind that you will under your own power improve your overall health. A little black dress is not a motivator. A personal trainer cannot lose your weight nor do your workout. Mean plans are fleeting and once you reach your goal you will have to learn how to live in the real food world again. Weight loss takes hard work and commitment. You need to do it for yourself not for your past or your hang ups. Examine your heart and commit and then you will have the tools to lose weight.
