9. K-Fed Threatens Expose on Britney

Oh honestly, if the reports are true that Kevin Federline is threatening to write a tell-all book about Britney, who DIDN’T see this one coming? Sure Britney had a prenup, but probably nothing in writing to stop Kevin from writing an expose about their life in hopes of getting more money from his cash cow. Hopefully, Britney has learned when you lay with dogs you get fleas.

8. Nicole Richie Arrested for DUI

As skinny as she is now, it would seem that even smelling alcohol would be enough to make her fail a DUI test!

7. Fergie to Join “Dancing with the Stars?’

No, not Fergie the singer, but the original Fergie – former Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson has been offered a spot on “Dancing with the Stars” by producer Conrad Green. Sarah has said she is an avid fan of the show.

6. Tawny Kitaen in Trouble Again

In case you missed it, actress Tawny Kitaen is in trouble again. She was found with 15 grams of cocaine in her house last May, but it was announced this week that if she completes rehab, felony drug charges will be dropped. She is slated to complete rehab by next summer.

5. Actor Peter Boyle Dies

Actor Peter Boyle, perhaps best known as Raymond’s dad in “Everybody Loves Raymond” passed away this week at the age of 71. Boyle had been suffering from heart disease and cancer. Read the full story at Michele’s blog.

4. Golden Globe Nominations Announced

Ah, Award Season has started! Among my favs that were nominated were Ben Affleck (for Hollywoodland) and Mark Wahlberg (for The Departed). Leonardo DiCaprio was nominated twice (once for The Departed and once for Blood Diamond). Clint Eastwood also received two nominations, but it was the film Babel that leads the pack with seven nominations.

Dead for ten years, but the Brits (and the rest of the world) cannot forget their beloved Diana. Princes William and Harry announced this week that there would be a concert next year on what would have been her 46th birthday. Among those scheduled to perform are Elton John, Duran Duran, Pharrell Williams, and Joss Stone.
