16-ounce package tortellini
2 quarts water
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 1/2 cups seedless grapes, sliced
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
Salt to taste
Cook tortellini in salted water according to package directions; drain well. Toss cooked tortellini with vinegar and then cool to room temperature. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, mustard, and pepper, mixing well. Combine all ingredients, again mixing well. Let stand 1 hour in refrigerator.
