Trading Coupons and Refund Forms

OK, so you clip and clip and clip. And you register for websites such as Everyday Eating.com, Cleanhomejournal.com, mambosprouts.com or madreymujer.com and soon you are receiving coupons in the mail. You have a lot of coupons for diapers – but you don’t have a baby. You have dog food but no cat food. Or cat food but no dog food. And you could use a lot of coupons for your special shampoo or breakfast cereal.

Now you have to get involved with trading coupons.

On families.com, you can make the list of coupons you have and post it here. Next, make a list of coupons you want and post it here. How do you know what is out there? Do some searches for products you use on the coupon database, and that will help you make your lists.

Now you are ready to trade. Look up other members wishlists, and see if you have what they want. Send them a private message with an offer to trade. Once you’ve come to an agreement and exchanged addresses, send the trade. Follow guidelines that are here.

Please note that we don’t sell coupons or forms on Families.com. This includes offering coupons for a handling fee, or for “paypal” or for a “pphf” (paypal handling fee).

In some coupon/dealhunter bulletins, you will find ads for people looking to trade specific things. This is a good way to increase the rewards from your trading. Also, don’t forget to sign up for coupon trains on the Families.com site. With trains, you join a closed group of people who send an envelope to different “stations” on a list. When it reaches you, take the coupons you need and replace them with what you have. Some trains are just for pet or baby coupons, some exclude these.
