Try a Smoothie for Breakfast

I love to skip breakfast. Yes, I do. I know that make me strange. I suppose love is not the word for it as much as I find myself skipping breakfast more than I care to admit. Skipping breakfast is not an option if you want to lose weight and maintain proper health. In fact, it is one of the most detrimental things you can do to yourself. However, I really dislike eggs, sausage, biscuits and all your typical breakfast foods except pancakes. Woman cannot live off of pancakes alone for breakfast. Even if I tried soon I would be one big round pancake.

A fun and healthy alternative I found to your typical breakfast is smoothies! Smoothies are quick, great for on the go, and can be quite nutritious and healthy. So, it basically covers all the reasons you would want to eat a breakfast in the morning. If you are like me and not a fan of breakfast food or you need something quick, try these recipes.
