- 1 slice of Pizza Hut medium hand-tossed style pepperoni pizza
60 Minutes of walking will only burn off:
- 1 Taco Bell Beef Chalupa Supreme
- 1 Starbucks Grande Mocha Frappucino
- 14 Onion Rings
- 4-ounce piece of cheese cake with 3 tablespoons of whip cream
- 1 cup of spaghetti with a half-cup of marinara sauce
- 1 cup of meat and bean chili with ¼ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 McDonald’s Quarter Pounder with Cheese
- 1 Subway 6 inch turkey breast sandwich on a wheat roll with turkey, swiss, lettuce, tomato and onion
