Back in the media is another marriage tale from the stars. However this tale is more real and heart felt than some of the other Hollywood marriages that we hear about.
Shania Twain comes out and discusses the breakdown she is experiencing in her marriage.
Shania Twain was married to her producer, Robert Mutt, in 1993. They worked together day in and day out and wrote and produced many of her hits together. They turned out songs such as You’re Still the One and Man! I Feel Like a Woman.
It was said that the couple began having some martial trouble in 2000 but remained together and moved to Switzerland.
Both partners have denied that a friend of Shania’s, Marie-Anna Thiebaud, had something to do with the split. However rumors circulate that her affair with Robert caused the couple some trouble.
Shania is taking some time off from her song writing and music to help heal her pains and heart. She states that she hopes her music will help her express her feelings and mend what has been broken.
I think that Shania will indeed come out on top. Her marriage, unlike some in the star business, was true and real. After 14 years of marriage and a seven year old son, the two had to have had a special bond. Hopefully she can use her pain and struggles to also help others in the same situation that she is currently experiencing.
Through her feelings and expression that she will and can give to her music, I think Shania can touch the lives of many couples. She can help others identify with the heartbreak that is real.
