Last year when I got married, I moved into my husband’s house and wow! Cleaning a whole house, instead of just my previous bedroom, kept me really busy. I enjoy having a house and taking care of it, but cleaning it can be a big chore if I don’t stay on top of it. To make cleaning a more speeding process I have found some favorite products to help me do a quick clean.
To clean floors I love the Swiffer WetJet! They work great on wood, tile, linoleum, and almost any kind of hard flooring. What is perfect about them is for a quick kitchen floor clean I can swiffer WetJet in just five minutes to result in a sparkling floor.
What is also perfect about the swiffer WetJet is that is great for a quick spill fix. If some juice gets spilled, you can do a quick spray and swipe and it wipes up nicely. Although paper towel can also do the trick, with drinks like juice and soda that are sticky, you are better off using some cleaning spray. That is why the swiffer WetJet is great since it sprays solution and has an attached pad for wiping.
A feature that comes in handy on the swiffer jet is the ability to use the scrub feature, a small scrub strip for scrubbing a tough, grimy spot.
Buying a swiffer WetJet, along with the pads and liquid, can cost a bit. However, once you have the jet, you only need to occasionally replace the pads and solution.
My other favorite quick cleaning product is the swiffer duster. This duster has a small hand-held wand with a replaceable multi-fiber duster attached. The dusters last several uses, even over a month depending on how often I use it.
This product is a great way to pick-up dust off bookcases, tables, dressers, TV stands, etc. I also like it because it works well in areas like the small nooks and crannies on a picture frame.
To make dusting not seem like a chore, I’ll often do it while I am on the phone.
