Tell the truth. Do you sit at your computer in your robe and slippers, with your coffee to the left of your keyboard? Doesn’t everybody? No? Um, I mean, I certainly don’t, but thought there might be somebody who did. I’m here dressed to the nines with my hair done, nylons and shoes on. The shipping is $6, so you’ll probably want to get several pairs to spread out the cost. If you know your relatives’ sizes, it’s a good stock up gift for your gift closet. Wouldn’t it be darling to give everyone matching slippers – match the style, but choose different colors, or match the color with different styles? For Christmas, we’ll all be getting together at the same house, and I think this will be a lot of fun! At this price, I don’t mind storing them for nine months.
These are nice quality slippers, with super soft insides, a wedge heel for comfort, faux fur, and funky and fun outsides. Personally, I like the ones with the pom-poms, but that’s probably the cheerleader in me (Okay, so I’m closer to the chess geek; they’re still really cute!) If you’ve ordered from Victoria’s Secret before, then you know their stuff tends to run a little small. If you’re on the cusp, size-wise, I’d go the next one up.
While you’re at the site, check out the other clearance items they have. The Victoria’s in our mall has pretty risqué displays and I don’t think I could ever go in there without feeling unclean, but they have some surprisingly cute shoes and dresses online. It’s a whole different shopping experience.
