This week in Single Parenting blog I covered a pretty wide variety of subjects. I jumped around to a few different categories as well.
First I covered some changes that took place when I became a single parent. I covered how the importance and mode of music changed when I became a single parent in Changes: My Music. I also talked about my sleep schedule and our sleep schedule. I discussed how it was, how it is, and why it changed in Changes: Sleep Schedule. Another thing that I covered this past week as far as changes go was the emotional change of anger that I felt when I found out I was going to be a single parent. I discussed not only the Anger at Him, but also the Anger at Myself.
I also talked a little more about single parent travel. I discussed how not having your support network while traveling is not an easy thing. How it affected my time while traveling, and why those affects were brought to the forefront. I also did a blog on Single Parent Vacations. Why it was so daunting to me, and some of the things that held me back from even thinking about going on a vacation as a single parent.
Single parents and work was another subject I touched on this week. I talked about how we usually don’t have the option of choosing to work, and the ups and downs of having to work in Single Parents and Work. I did another one where I talked about my jobs and their flexibility in more than one way, and why I enjoyed them in Working: My Flexible Jobs.
I also wrote Single Parents and Emergencies Two. In this I talked about close call we had with a fire in the field across the street from us. I also gave links on being prepared for an emergency, and why it’s a good idea to be prepared.
I hope you enjoyed this weeks blogs. If you have any questions or suggestions, for either brand new topics, or more information on the ones I’ve already written, please let me know.
