West Coast Crab Salad
This salad is beautiful to look at and even better to eat.
INGREDIENTS:
16 oz imitation crab
1 large avocado
1 can black olives
1 tbs red onions, chopped finely
2 tbs celery, chopped (optional)
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp dill
1 dash worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 dash salt and pepper
INGREDIENTS:
1. Flake crab with 1 teaspoon lemon juice in large bowl.
2. Add onion, celery, vinegar, soy sauce, worcestershire, and 1 teaspoon dill.
3. Stir until mixed.
4. Stir in mayonnaise.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
6. Slice avocado into bitesize pieces and sprinkle with remaining 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon dill.
7. Gently stir avocados and olives into the salad.
8. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
9. Serve or refrigerate for several hours.
