Thinking back to high school and college, I can remember the various relationships that friends and I went through. While some friends kept the same mate for the majority of the time, others had several break-ups and heart breaks.
During these down times is when we needed each other the most. There were tears to be shed and comforting to be done. However it always seemed that in the mist of things the one thing that was sure to make you feel better was to in some way or another gain the feeling of revenge.
In some cases this revenge was never known to the guy. However it did make the girl feel better about the heart break that she experienced.
I think that anyone out there who has ever experienced a young broken heart (or even an old one) can tell you that sometimes yes revenge in some form is sweet.
So what is the craziest thing that you have ever done after a break-up?
Check out some of the ideas listed below and see if they made it on your list.
Acts of anger:
One very common practice is to rid your heart of pain in a fire. That is, a fire of his belongings or of the things that he has given to you. Have you ever lit up a bon fire and roasted his pictures, his shirt, a stuffed animal he gave you, or something of that nature?
In some of the worse case break-ups I have heard of personal damage such as egging cars, keying cars, writing on walls, and damaging items that the mate cares about. (These things are highly not recommended to carry out in real life and can get the people involved into a lot trouble- Try listening to Carrie Underwood’s Before He Cheats over and over if this mood strikes you.)
