Have you ever noticed that certain homes have their own smell? If you have a good nose, you might be able to tell within seconds of walking into a house, whether or not they own a dog.

Baking soda sprinkled on top of your carpeting can really help eliminate smells. But there are other products out there designed for use on carpets as well.
Febreze is a commonly used product in my home. I spray it daily on my fabric furniture and curtains. But you will also almost always smell a candle burning somewhere.
While I can’t always control the smell in my children’s bedrooms, I can in the rest of my home. What about you? What smell is your house giving off?
