This was a shopping weekend for our household. With coupons in hand, the kids and I trekked out to the mall, Saturday. It has been a while since we visited the mall, so we had lots of fun looking at all of the new fads. I had fun looking for clearance sales on summer stuff.
I spent $53.67 and received $155 worth of goodies. I am going to share what I found with you and the discounts I used. You can use these to find some great deals at your mall.
Victoria Secret was the first store I went to. They are having the big semi-annual clearance sale. Since I am six months pregnant, it’s pretty safe to say I wasn’t going to try to squeeze into their bras and panties right now. I used a coupon for a free Sweet Dreams Body Scrub with any purchase. They had lots of small items on sale for $1.99. I found a hand cream that normally sold for $6.00 on sale for $1.99. Here’s another coupon for $10 off any bra and a free panty. The Victoria Secret receipt had a survey on it which will give me another coupon for $10 off $50 when I call in a get a code.
Macy’s is still having a big clearance sale on kids’ clothes. If you missed my blog – Clearance on Baby’s Clothes, check it out. It lists many great deals. In the store, I had a hard time choosing which outfits were the cutest. They had many Ralph Lauren outfits 50% off. I found two layette outfits that were 50% off. My daughter found two skorts for $4.49 each. These were also 50% off. I asked about their return policy, since my new little one isn’t due for three months and who knows what will happen between now and then. The sales associate said that as long as I kept the tags on the clothes and a receipt, I could return them after she arrived.
